A. Yes. If there is a suitable power supply beside the Sto-It then an alarm can be installed. The alarm has to be requested at the time of order.

Q8. Do I need permission form the apartment management company before I purchase?

A. Depends. If you own the Unit in which you are living and the car park space is yours as long as no physical alterations are made to the car park you should not require permission. If you are renting then you should check with your landlord. In either case we would recommend that you at least inform the management company of your intentions but remember by installing the Sto-It you will be improving the car parks functionality and look.

Q9. Will it fit?

A. Yes it should! The standard height of ceilings in parking spaces ranges between 2.2 and 2.4 meters, although in some buildings it may be much higher.
Building regulations require parking bays to be 2.5m wide by 5.0m long.
Vehicle Height: The measurements at the meeting point of the windscreen and engine bonnet for most standard cars vary between 0.85m and 0.98m. For recreational or utility vehicles this height varies between 1.10m and 1.2m.
